A tear-down estate sale is a salvage opportunity when a building or buildings are being torn down. Aside from reducing environmental waste, it gives people an opportunity to obtain large items at great prices such as building materials, masonry, doors, windows, deck parts, cupboards, paneling, gutters, furniture, siding, etc.

Generally, buyers need to have the tools, time, and ability to extract what they purchase at a tear-down estate sale themselves. Fortunately, buyers usually have a few days to a few weeks to return to the property after the tear-down or salvage estate sale to remove their purchases.
